LANKeeper customers may log in to the support site to submit a service request 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Requests are typically answered within one hour or according to your particular level of service.  If you are not contacted by a technician with-in one hour in an emergency, please call 217-355-2014 to report a problem.
